She was referred to us by friends who worked with her last year, and we are so grateful they introduced us. My fiancé and I were looking for our first home and any expectations we had for a realtor were blown out of the water by Dee. She is extremely communicative with incredibly timely responses to texts and calls and she was always willing to reach out immediately to listing agents about any homes we wanted to see. The home we ended up purchasing actually had an accepted offer but was not officially under contract, so Dee still reached out for us to see if there was a chance to tour the home before it was too late. Thanks to her extremely quick action we not only saw the home, but we became the new accepted buyers and just closed on the home only a few weeks after starting this whole process. Dee is also incredibly connected to resources in Morris County and was able to provide all information we needed to set up our utilities, permits for projects we plan to do, as well as provide contacts for work we’d like to do on the house later down the road. She has a contact for everything! Becoming a homeowner can really be overwhelming when you don’t know where to start and always had a landlord to do things for you, but I honestly feel so prepared thanks to Dee. She is really a one-stop shop for everything for your dream home. The only thing that tops her professionalism is her kindness. As happy as my fiancé and I are to be in our first home, part of me secretly wishes the process had taken longer so we could still work with Dee! But she has promised us we can always reach out for help or references, and we know that if the time ever comes to sell and buy again, she will be the first person we contact. You will LOVE working with her as much as we did!

We had a family issue and our move was extremely sudden. We listed, moved, and had the house sold with in 6 weeks! None of which would have been possible without the knowledge, connections, and support from Dee and team. Not being on site could have been an awful experience, but Dee took care of everything for us and made it as painless as possible. We are so grateful for all she did and the care she gave us!
